Refund policy

We want you to love your Jade-Grace purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your handbag within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

• The handbag must be unused and in its original condition.

• All tags must remain attached.

• Customer is responsible for flat rate return shipping fee of $8.95

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
